Beaumanor lies in the parish of Woodhouse which includes Woodhouse Eaves. The parish is one of twentyfive parishes and other assemblies which make up Charnwood Borough.The park is set in rural Leicestershire some five miles south of Loughborough and nine miles north of Leicester with plenty of rural lanes to explore..

Woodhouse Community Hall, venue for the Friday night welcome and the A.G.M., is less than half a mile away.

Food and Drink:
Stilton and Red Leicester cheeses, Pork Pies from Melton Mowbray.

Accommodation:
Hostel type two tier bunks in male or female dormitories. There is a small kitchen which will require a degree of co-operation for those self catering.

A large section of the car park for caravans and campervans.
Grassy areas for tents.
Storage room for tandems.

Just three miles from Beaumanor. Seven double rooms with large garden for storings tandems but not under cover. For special rate please contact Derek or Lez and mention the Tandem Club.

Programme:
Thursday pm. - Arrival. See map of site.
Friday - Choice of tandem routes. 6.00 pm. Fish & Chip Supper followed by Quiz/Beetle drive. A selection of items from the Club Shop will be available.
Saturday - Choice of tandem routes. 4.30 pm Welcome drinks and nibbles followed by the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
Sunday - Choice of tandem routes
Monday - Depart

Booking arrangements:
All bookings use the on-line system so please use this if at all possible. For the first time it is possible to pay with credit or debit cards direct from the events page at the time of booking, This facility uses the Nochex system that we have successfully used for membership over the last few years. There is a new box to select payment type; leave it at the default setting of card to use this facility.

Closing date for bookings extended to Monday 31st. March 2013.

Booking confirmation:
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full which should be before the closing date for bookings. Dishonoured cheques will result in the cancellation of your booking.


Members Only:
U.K. Residents must be members of The Tandem Club (UK). Annual membership is £10.00 or €18 per year with membership for the first Joint Member or 'Family' member free. If you'd like to become a member of The Tandem Club, link to the 
Subscription Details page by clicking here. Non U.K. residents may be either members of the Tandem Club or their own regional club.

 Disclaimer:
If you participate in any ride or event organised by the Tandem Club you do so entirely at your own risk. The Club, its officers and ride organizers accept no responsibility for loss, damage to property, accident, injury or death, that may occur, however caused, whether by negligence, deliberate act or otherwise.

 Cancellations and refunds.
The rally fee will not be refunded after the closing date. Refund of other components will depend on what the Club can recover from the campsite and/or other suppliers. Members may wish to consider taking out Holiday Insurance to cover losses the Club cannot refund.
