For Sale: Saxon Lady back tandem

Vintage tandem, identified from frame geometry and tubing as a Saxon Ladyback, as included a Saxon catalogue from 1928 (I can send you a copy of this on request). Drum brakes front and rear, three speed Sturmey Hub. I have spent some time rebuilding and fettling this machine so that it rides comfortably and stops well. The 110mm drum brake shoes have been re-lined so that the wheels spin freely, but the brakes are positive and powerful. The Sturmey Archer hub, a KT model from 1936 has been completely overhauled with new parts, it works well and there are three gears with no jumps or misses. 
Genuine reason for sale,  I'm on my own and need the space.
