Neville
Frost 1943-2010
Neville
will be remembered by the Tandem Club for many things. He
designed and maintained Web sites for the Tandem Club and others. Wrote
rally reports including in them many of his excellent photographs. He
was also Regional Officer for South East London. He started tandem
riding in his teens with his brother and took it up again with Tricia
in 1984. Together they attended most of the recent National and
International Rallies in their bespoke Mercedes Camper van. We will
miss his dedication and good humour.
Neville collapsed and died doing what he enjoyed; taking a photograph
on a ride at the Easter Rally. Our heartfelt thoughts and condolences
go out to Tricia.
In
accordance with Neville's wishes there will be no funeral.
Neville's work on the Tandem Club Web Site has been taken on by a small
group of volunteers

Norfolk
Nooks
Tandem Club
members will be aware of Norfolk Nooks, a story of travelling for a
month through the county of Norfolk on a tandem in 1887. The story is
delightful and has been serialized in ten episodes in the Tandem Club
Journal from June 2008 until December 2009. Now members can download
the whole story in one PDF booklet from the Members' Area of this site.

Booking Forms
Booking Forms are available on the site for the
following events: -
If you
haven't arranged personal third party insurance cover for yourself as a
cyclist, then now, as a Tandem Club member, you are covered by the
Club's insurance whenever you are cycling socially in the UK. Insurance
cover is still in place, of course, for all members at all Club
rallies. For details, see the Tandem Club Journal for October 2008 or
the Insurance
section of the Members' Area. Don't forget to
register all your children as members to ensure they are covered as
well!
